* If you''re not getting fuel or the smoke generator Stops when you hit the fog oil switch, check the supply line inside the fuel can. Sometimes the line can work loose and fall in the can. One smoke unit spent 1 1/2 days figuring out why their generator was shutting down before they discovered the supply line had worked loose.* If the fuel pump won''t keep running after you release the FUEL switch, have your mechanic check its circuit breaker. The breaker is right above the circuit board and has 5 written on it. If the breaker has popped out, push it back in and try the fuel pump again.

Component interactionsHow do locking device choices affect other areas of the machine or system?Andrew/Whittet-Higgins: The precision and life expectancy of a bearing, power transmission, or modern assembly is only as good as the precision of the individual components and the care in which they are put together.Blair/Ruland: It''s important to look at where and how the locking device is being used and whether adjustments may cause problems. Locking devices in general are not easy to remove and replace. Because of this, it may be advantageous to have necessary adjustments done from another section of the machine.Doug/Zero-Max: When using keyless locking devices, there are fewer application problems because there is no keyway failure or fatigue. Connections without keyways also have smaller shaft diameters, translating into shaft material cost savings. The single screw type can be tightened and repositioned many times without component wear or machine downtime.

The second manner in which the modularity of the 3T system sped our development is that the architecture allows the independent development and testing of groups of ALS subsystems and a subsequent incremental integration of these subsystems (figure 8). This aspect of the control development became important for the WRS team in dealing with the startup time of the BWP. The microbes in the BWP take one to two months to form viable colonies to process feed water. This inoculation period meant that bringing the other subsystems into test would be delayed by at least one to two months, and even longer if the inoculations became problematic.
